Mendez Cleaning Services is recognized for its green cleaning programs through its Cleaning Industry Management Standard - Green Building (CIMS - GB) certification. We clean all of our buildings using many green certified chemicals and green cleaning processes. Through our facility supplies business, Mendez Cleaning Services Facility Supplies, we also make available the best in green cleaning products.

How many offices does Mendez Cleaning Services have?

We have three offices: a corporate office in Madison and two branch offices in Milwaukee and Appleton. These offices serve regions throughout Wisconsin, northern Michigan, and northern Illinois.

Does your staff receive any specialty training?

Our cleaners are expertly trained at Mendez Cleaning Services University in cleaning best practices. We also provide specialty training for cleaning sterile environments such as healthcare facilities. In fact, we have been trained by an Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) consultant based on the guidelines established by AORN's Environmental Sanitation and Terminal Cleaning Recommended Practices.
